Roderick O. Ayeh -Founder & Executive Director


Roderick O. Ayeh is an experienced financial sector development professional with diverse expertise in microfinance, financial inclusion, rural finance, agric-lending, SME financing, credit management, operational risk and human resource management.  

Roderick   has managed donor and government projects designed to provide funding, management as well as technical support to financial institutions to enable them to become effective in serving the needs of their clients in a sustainable way.  He has conducted sector-wide training for MFIs, MSMEs, Rural and Community Banks (RCBs) both in Ghana and outside Ghana. Roderick is a certified trainer (certified Micro Business Game trainer, certified online trainer and GHAMFIN certified trainer).

He has consulted for Companies and Financial Service Providers in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, and other African Countries.  

Roderick Ayeh has Masters in Microfinance, Diploma in Agribusiness and Export Management and BSc. Agriculture certifications. He is currently studying for MA Law for MSME. He is a  Certified Human Resource professional and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Professionals (CIHRMP), Ghana.

Roderick loves leading and helping in his community. He is the Founder of R&F.

Mr. Eric Opata – Management Team


Mr. Eric Opata is a renowned Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioner and one of Ghana’s foremost Labour experts, who has worked in various capacities and has risen to become a household name that exudes integrity, professionalism, and peace. He possesses several years of consultancy and training experience, gained from extensive training activities, research and Labour-related work.


Mr. Opata is well-known for his integrity and always ensures that decisions and actions taken on employment related issues are in accordance with the Law, such as the Labour Act, ADR Act, Handbook, and an organization’s Collective Agreement.

Between 2011 and 2013, Mr. Eric Opata studied ADR at THE University of Ghana, Legon. He has also been trained in professional Mediation and Interest-Based Negotiations with Gamey Mediation and Arbitration from the Judicial Service Training School in Ghana.

Mr. Opata has an extensive experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resource practices, Labour Law and other Labour-related issues.
